- Drafts appear in your Social Inbox for you to review, edit and publish. Automatic publishing is also available when you want it.
- What about spam or abusive comments?
- Comments flagged as harassment or abuse get no AI draft. You can hide, delete or report them directly on the platform.
- Can I stop replies on one platform only?
- Yes. Facebook and Instagram can be switched off independently.
- Is this only for creators?
- No. Any brand with an active Facebook or Instagram presence can use it. A creator plan exists for people who mainly need comment replies.
