Steps only appear for capabilities that are actually enabled on your plan, and completed steps never come back — even if you sign in from a different device.

Yes — you connect your own AI provider (OpenAI, Claude, or others) and pay them directly for what your AI employee uses. We never add a markup or charge per conversation on top of that. Until a provider is connected, the widget still answers from your knowledge base where it can, but it can't generate full AI replies — connecting a provider is a real setup step, not automatic.

They're three separate, independently-accounted revenue streams. Standard referrals and AI Handoff referrals (where your AI employee actively closes the introduction) use different commission splits. The Skills Store is a marketplace for AI agents, prompts, and automation templates, with its own commission structure. Procurement (compare-and-buy) is a third stream for sourcing vendor quotes on a customer's behalf. None of the three ever mix in your payout ledger.

No. Multi-tenancy is enforced at the data layer — your conversations, leads, and knowledge base are never visible to another business, and production data never leaves production. Integration credentials (payment keys, provider tokens) are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in any admin UI or API response, including to Revorex.ai staff.

Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract; annual billing is a discount option, not a lock-in. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle — there's no early-termination fee.

Payout for an ecommerce sale closed via AI handoff is held until the customer's return window expires, then settled — this protects both you and the customer from clawbacks on a sale that gets refunded shortly after close.
