Your account
You must provide accurate business information at sign-up. Each account is authorized for one business property — the website (and its related app, if any) you register. That's where your AI widget lives and what your knowledge base is scoped to. Using one account's widget on an unrelated site isn't permitted; register it as a separate verified property instead.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage above your plan's included quota (AI conversations, leads, referrals, team seats) may incur overage charges or require an upgrade, as shown in your dashboard before it happens — no surprise charges. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
AI Business Operating System participation
By enabling the AI Business Network, you agree to its referral, Skills Store, and procurement commission terms. Standard referrals and AI Handoff referrals are compensated at different rates, disclosed in your dashboard before you accept them. Revorex.ai may adjust the AI Handoff commission split from time to time; the current rate is always shown live in your dashboard, and any change applies only to commissions earned after the change takes effect — never retroactively to deals already closed. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected, not invoiced, and is never combined across the three revenue streams (referrals, Skills Store, procurement) in a way that obscures its source.
Ecommerce settlement
For ecommerce sales closed through an AI handoff, settlement is held until the applicable return window expires, then paid out. This protects both parties against clawbacks on orders refunded shortly after close.
Acceptable use
You may not use your AI employee to impersonate a person, misrepresent your business, or process content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend an account whose AI employee is used in a way that creates legal or safety risk to other users of the network.
Service changes
Features may move between Coming Soon, Beta, and Enabled status as they roll out — we won't remove a feature you're actively relying on without reasonable notice. Legal document updates that materially change these terms will require re-acceptance before you can continue using the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained per our Privacy Policy's retention terms and then deleted on request.
